By accessing or visiting the Hotel Dublin website (‘Site’) you, as a user or visitor, agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions (TC) and the privacy and personal data protection policy available at Privacy Policy.
By accepting these TC, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to contract and purchase the services and products on the Site.
Hotel Dublin reserves the right to amend these TC, in whole or in part, at any time. The amendments become applicable as soon as they are published on the Site.
All omissions in these TC will be governed by the applicable Portuguese law.
1.1. These TC govern and are an integral part of the service provision agreement between Hotel Dublin and the Guest who signs the contract to provide tourist accommodation from the time of reservation until the end of your stay at the hotel;
1.2. The execution of the Contract, which takes place after the confirmation of the purchase, is made under these TC, whose knowledge and acceptance by the Guest are confirmed through the validation of a checkbox for the purpose in the purchase form, and of the Guest’s knowledge and acceptance of the TC and respective Privacy Policy.
2.1. When booking the Guest is required to accurately complete the booking form, including details such as the check-in and check-out dates and the applicable rate. The booking is subject to Hotel Dublin's confirmation of availability. The Guest must also provide his/her personal information and payment details, ensuring that all information provided is complete, accurate and up to date. The Guest assumes full responsibility for the choices made and the information provided;
2.2. Hotel Dublin informs that booking, whether made directly, through tour operators or booking portals, are not binding and do not imply any contractual obligation to the Guest. Hotel Dublin reserves the right to refuse to engage in a contract and to make a room available at its sole discretion;
2.3. Hotel Dublin only guarantees the availability of a room within the category booked, not a specific hotel room;
2.4. Each Guest (booking holder) can book up to two (2) rooms of different categories for the same period of stay.
3.1. Hotel Dublin has two kinds of reservation rates: Flexible Rate and NonRefundable Rate;
3.2. A Flexible Rate booking consists of the reservation of a hotel room, subject to the Customer providing valid and complete credit card details. To guarantee the reservation, the credit card details will be subject to a pre-authorisation process, under which the amount of the first night will be temporarily held. The Hotel reserves the right to automatically cancel the booking if the details provided are not validated by the banking system;
3.3. Bookings with a Flexible Rate can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date. After this period, or in the event of a no-show, the hotel will charge the amount for the first night;
3.4. Changing the room category or the reservation dates may result in the change of the applied rate;
3.5. The Non-Refundable Rate reservation requires placing the booking for a room at Hotel Dublin, for a specific date, and for which the Guest must provide accurate and complete details of a credit card;
3.6. If the Guest chooses for the latter rate, he/she will be charged the full amount of the stay at the time of the booking. This rate does not allow cancellations, thereby the Guest is not entitled to a refund if he/she is unable to check-in on the stipulated reservation date.
4.1. The price of the stay to be paid by the Guest accounts for the occupation of the hotel room during the period between arrival and departure;
4.2. The prices displayed on the Hotel Dublin’s Site refer to the standard capacity of each room category. Yet, they can be presented per person or according to other characteristics, which in any case will be properly indicated on the Site when making a booking. 4.4. The additional amount varies according to the age of the children. When sharing a room with two adults, the stay of the first additional child, aged between 0 and 12 is free. For the second child, from 0 to 12 years old, sharing a room with two adults the stay costs 50% of the price of the extra bed. Guests over the age of 13 are considered "Adults" and their stay are charged according to the value of the extra bed, depending on the period or season;
4.5. The total amount of the stay is charged per night, regardless of whether the Guest has used the room or spent the night there;
4.6. The amounts and rates specified in the terms and the accommodation contract are subject to VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
5.1. Hotel Dublin will allocate a room in the selected category upon the Guest's arrival on the specified date;
